My wife is planning to go for H4 visa stamping in October. My question is can she go alone??????????? and what kind of documents she need. Our I-485 applications have reached USCIS on July 2nd. Any reply will be greatly appreciated.

Success Formula for EB2-I:
1)- Get rid of all EB3 => EB2 conversions
2)- Get rid of all Subs
And there you go we have a fair FIFO system, but hey do our desi folks agree with this :eek: I bet they don't, when they themselves don't like FIFO and straightforward system and how come we expect USCIS to be straightforward and follow FIFO:confused:
Moral of story: Hang in where you are, its already very complicated PD,RD, ND, Country cap, EB cat ... blah .... blah

and not all people are eligible for subs or conversions. Even if they are eligible they might not want to make sacrifices.....

I was in similar (not same) situation years back.. The difference was that in my case only one company applied for my H1B transfer and I got the approval without i-94, just like you and I had to re-enter.
I also stayed in the country looking for a job (without pay stub), etc... At the US embassy they only asked me how I got the next job, no other questions. Don't remember if they asked for my tax returns as at the time I did not make the required amount.. but I surly carried my returns.
I did not do any calculations in your case but the only thing that worries me is the time you were out of status. If it is more than 180 days then I might be little worried. May be guru's here can throw some light on that.

In any case this poll is only to get a feel of how things are out there. A wrong vote here or there does not matter
As long as 2003/2004/2005 folks who have already-filed stay in low numbers it might indicate good PD movement in those years (since numbers wont be used up so soon and USCIS/DOS might have to move dates forward to start pushing out approvals. New people will then file and the usage will climb and dates slow down again).
If, on the other hand USCIS is sitting on tons of 2003/2004 PD I-485s, then date movement is going to be slow

My company applied for PERM as a project manager for me. It got classified as Computer information systems manager and got a very high PW.
My company knows the job I am doing is not CIS manager's job. So they appealed it, but the appeal was denied and DOL insists that it is CISM and the pay should be this high.
I have not come across a single PM making this pay (though I wouldn't object to it if I can get it :) ). This is totally absurd.
How do we prove that PM != CIS Manager and get Project manager certified under EB2 with proper wages?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is not possible for any jobs on commission basis. PERIOD.

He had a PETTY LARCENY in 2009 (misdemeanor) - orginal sentance to 60 days weekend intermittent jail and 3 years probation;
He violated probation and was given a year of weekends by the judge;
Now ICE are charging him as a AF saying he is deportable because his record shows 365 sentance for the petty larceny!!!
I an others disagree and that 'a year of weekends' is NOT a sentance of a year or a suspended year;
