The person who started this thread is not even in a position to use AC21. Does anyone know if one can change employers with approved I-140 (I-485 not filed) and is in 7th year of h1b ?

You cannot jump to EAD unless you file ur wife I-485 . Before that if you jump to EAD , your wife has to leave the country as she become out of status as you are no more on H1b.

I doubt if a Masters qualify for EB1. But if you filed under EB1, then you should be able to file I485 immediately as that category is CURRENT. Check and confirm the category your employers filed and post your question again.
There is no way you can file under EB1
You can go max to Eb2 or Eb3
if its big co you work for then they will stick to eb3
if its some tolly molly software co then u get eb2
either way you are screwed.

Total anarchy!! How can this happen? EB3, June 2, 2004 was not current in June 2007!
It struck me that all these years we have taken USCIS' word on the idea that they issue green cards by PD -- they don't release any statistics on greencards issued by PD and country, so we have no idea if they do this all the time, issue green cards any which way they like!
I should add that I feel no animus against aarun, he/she is just like any one of us stuck in this lightless, informationless black box of a process, good that he/she got lucky. This incident is tremendously informative for the rest of us cos it tells us how logic free and lawless the process really is.

Since my Emp A (GC sponsor) agree to continue the GC process, why do i need to invoke AC21 with Emp B?

Your Emp A may say anything, but if he revokes your I-140 before you file AC-21, then you will be in trouble. It is always safe to file CA-21

If you are running out of time to save Candian PR under 3 years out of country stay rule, then only we have to think this canda stay.
If you can stay here and still save candian PR for this 1.5 years, just get into the system and try out here in US. That is the best bet rather than not trying at all.
Who knows you may get Labor/I140 in this 1.5 years and may get everything well.
DOL procedures - We really do not know how serious that **Supervised Recruit** is, unless it is experienced by people.
If you loose candian PR in 6 months or so, unless you land there, then we have to think about it.

I did 3 Years Diploma in Computer Science after 10+2(Non Medical) from India and I have about 16 years of experience in IT. I am thinking of using this education to complete my Bachelors here in US. I would like to know what would my education equate to US Education.
I need an Idea how many courses I would have to take to complete the Bachelors? Please share any tips that would help me take less number of courses.It's not easy with kids.

Obviously, no employer can plan to retain his employees forever. It is a fact of life that people move on. So the basic question is, does your employer have problems with you quitting? What is his expectation? You will have to have a clear discussion with him and then see what he needs.
Now if his demands are unreasonable, then you can still move on anyway as you are protected due to 180 days passing since 485 filing. Technically, you do not need your 140 copy. Al you really need is evidence that you were with the sponsoring employer for 180 days after 485 filing. This evidence will be your 485 receipt and paystubs.

Yes I believe that the I797 should have the latest I94 also try going to the nearest international airport or the one you are travelling from, the customs and immigration there may be able to help, they do issue replacement I94's. I have had this done once for my wife we had to get a correction done on the date as the IO's handwriting was not clear its a quick process. Make sure that you staple both I94's and surrender both of them. Even without the I94 you will be allowed to board the flight, the airline staff just detach it if there is one on your passport.

Are you sure the tutorial called for you to export from photoshop? Can you provide a link to the tut?
I would:
Save for web as a png or a jpg, depending upon which looks better. Then choose "import" in Flash to import the object. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that you can directly import photoshop files into Flash as well. This could be useful if you have a many layered photoshop file which contains things like imported illustrator elements and such. I believe that the import keeps all the layers in place, as grouped object.
